You Can Break Free from Addiction or Hurting
Have you all but given up hope that freedom from the cycle of addiction or hurting is possible?
Freedom That Lasts® Statement of Faith
Each Freedom That Lasts® chapter must sign the following statement affirming its alignment with the beliefs of Freedom That Lasts®.
We accept the Bible as our absolute authority in matters of faith and practice. We believe in the verbal, plenary inspiration of Scripture; in one God eternally existing in three Persons; in the creation of all things, including man, as the direct act of God; in eternally secure salvation by grace through faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ; in the incarnation and virgin birth of Christ, and in His bodily resurrection and in the personal, bodily return of the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in a literal heaven and a literal hell and that Satan is a person. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead. We believe in the autonomy of the local church.
Furthermore, we believe that because the Scriptures are inspired and authoritative, they are comprehensively sufficient for counseling—that is, the Scriptures include all that God deemed essential—to understand man’s design and purpose; man’s inherent nature; man’s fundamental estrangement from God; the divine plan of reconciliation with God; the divine standard for human thought, emotion, and behavior; the divine remedy for human problems—including life-dominating sins; and divine counsel so that the home, men, and women can flourish—even in adversity, through a maturing relationship with God.

You Are Not Alone!
There is a path of hope, full of change that results in freedom.
We want to point you down this path… God’s path.
To be fair, this path is hard to walk but easy to follow. This path is not for the faint of heart, but you will have all the strength you need. This path will require your cooperation, which means you won’t walk it alone. We have helped men and women in situations just like yours walk down this path and live victorious lives.
If you are interested in what this path looks like, how to walk it, and who you will meet along the way, then we invite you to investigate this part of our website just a little bit more. Our desire is that you begin to walk this path and find hope. This is the only path that leads to lasting and eternal freedom from the power of addiction. It’s a path to love God and others unlike you have ever experienced.
