Willingness and forgiveness

Dear ,
“Bear with each other and forgive one another… Forgive as the Lord forgave you.” — Colossians 3:13
Before we can effectively repair the damage we’ve caused others, we must first deal with the resentments we carry. We hold onto our grievances like weapons, believing that our anger protects us. In reality, refusing to forgive only keeps us locked in a prison of our own making.
Forgiveness is the conscious decision to drop the weapon. It softens the road to amends. When we reflect on the mountain of our own mistakes that God has wiped clean, it softens our hearts toward the failures of others, preparing us for true recovery.

Who are you still holding a grudge against? Today, say out loud: “I release my grievance against [Name], just as the Lord forgave me.”

Father, make me willing to forgive and seek reconciliation. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. You deserve a life free
from addiction
Sincerely,
