The housing vision includes strong relationships between local homes, community partners, and the leadership of RGV Road to Recovery IA.
A role that develops with the network
Regional coordination may become appropriate as the housing initiative grows. The purpose would be to support local leaders, encourage consistent program standards, and strengthen communication across communities.
- Support and encourage local ministry and housing leaders.
- Help coordinate training, church relationships, and volunteer development.
- Communicate local needs, progress, and practical challenges.
- Encourage responsible reporting and the sharing of useful experience.
The structure and responsibilities of any future role will be established by the parent nonprofit as development warrants.
