Institutional Outreach Partner Program
RGV Road to Recovery IA and SS Eisenhauer Enterprises LLC work with independent outreach partners to develop relationships with churches, recovery ministries, counseling organizations, treatment and rehabilitation programs, recovery housing organizations, chaplaincy programs, correctional and reentry ministries, family-support organizations, and other qualified institutions.
Compensation Structure — Nonnegotiable
$0 upfront payment
No retainers, setup fees, research fees, marketing fees, software or subscription reimbursement, expense reimbursement, or other advance compensation
15% of Net Attributable Revenue actually received from the initial qualifying transaction
7.5% of Net Attributable Revenue actually received from subsequent qualifying transactions from the same organization during the applicable 12-month attribution period
These terms are standardized for all Institutional Outreach Partners and are not subject to individual negotiation.
Please do not register for the program unless you are willing to operate under this compensation structure.

Download Institutional Outreach Partner Agreement
Review the complete program terms, sign and date the agreement, and save a signed copy for upload.
Download IRS Form W-9
Complete and sign Form W-9 using the legal name and taxpayer information under which commissions will be reported and paid.
You will upload both completed documents as part of the registration form below.

Review Program → Download Agreement + W-9 → Sign/Complete Both → Complete Groundhogg Registration → Upload Both Documents → Submit → Partner Record Created → Review/Activation → Partner ID Issued
