The house leadership vision
As future homes develop, house leadership would help maintain a safe, respectful environment, communicate expectations, coordinate routines, support mentoring, and connect daily activity with the oversight of RGV Road to Recovery IA.
- Model Christian character, service, and personal responsibility.
- Encourage healthy routines, house meetings, and respectful relationships.
- Coordinate practical responsibilities, property care, and appropriate reporting.
- Work with approved ministry leaders, mentors, and local partners.
