Recovery requires us to walk into the dark. We come to believe in a Power that can restore us, even before we see the restoration happen.
It’s easy to trust when the sun is shining and the bank account is full. It’s much harder when you are staring at a mess. But remember, there is only one ultimate authority guiding this process. You don’t need to see the whole staircase to take the first step; you just need to trust the Architect.
Faith isn’t a feeling; it’s a muscle. The more you use it to trust God with the things you can’t control, the stronger it gets.
