| | Prayer, Gratitude, and Peace | | |
| | | “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:6–7 | | Anxiety is a heavy, suffocating blanket. It is often a sign that we are trying to carry the weight of the world on our own shoulders again, believing we have to control every outcome. The antidote to this exhausting cycle of worry is a supernatural exchange. God invites us to trade our anxiety for His peace. We do this by bringing every situation to Him in prayer, specifically with thanksgiving. Gratitude is the bridge. When we thank God for what He has already done, we remind our anxious brains of His faithfulness. When we surrender our worries, we receive a peace that transcends human logic. This peace doesn’t mean the storm stops immediately; it means our hearts and minds are guarded by a divine fortress while the wind still howls |

| Whenever you feel a spike of anxiety today, use it as an immediate trigger to pray. Say, “Lord, I am giving this specific worry to You. Thank You for handling it.” |
